This product combines the powerful bioflavonoids, rutin, and hesperidin with a full 500mg of vitamin C.
These bioflavonoids are naturally sourced, rutin is extracted from buckwheat and hesperidin is from citrus fruit skins.
Bioflavonoids have been the focus of research as they appear to be used by the body in a number of ways; in particular, they support vitamin C in the role it plays in the maintenance of healthy collagen and cartilage for the normal function of the skin, gums and the immune system.
Vitamin C also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
